This Loch Luatha housing development was launched in January 2006.This picture above shows our Housing Development, with the different selection of designs indicated by letters, which are to be found later on this page (below). The housing development consists of 16 executive style houses, two of style A, six of style B, five of style C, two of style D and one of style E, lying in a beautiful valley, in the centre of the golf course, with golf very accessible to different areas on the golf course.

This picture shows our Golf Academy lying adjacent to the 4th fairway and in close proximity to the clubhouse. This traditional championship golf course has been in existence for the past 14 years and is a very unique and well known course for its natural layout and superb all year round play. It is situated in the beautiful village of Mount Temple, three miles from Moate and 4 miles from Athlone.
